Question 1 (Q1):

Annex1 - Appendix 2: item 4

“Our bank does not participate to the recapitalisation process of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund. Thus, we’ll submit only the certified copy of banking licence ... Is that correct?”

EIF Answer:

Yes, the additional evidence requested under item 4 applies only to the institutions participating to the recapitalisation process of the Greek banking sector following the PSI.

EIF reserves the right to request additional information/evidence from the Applicants, during the evaluation process, with respect to their sustainability, particularly as regards to their compliance with capital adequacy requirements set by the Regulator.
