Information note to the Financial Intermediaries regarding the Call for Expression of Interest JER-001/2011/2 : Seed/Technology Transfer ICT Fund(s) (Greece) launched on 17.05.2011, closed on 30.06.2011

Increase in investment amount into an Eligible SME for Seed/Technology Transfer ICT Fund(s) Financial Instrument transactions.

Please note that the EIF has changed the investment amount into an Eligible SME from EUR 500k, as initially set in the Call, to EUR 750k. This product feature was neither a selection nor evaluation criteria with an impact on the Financial Intermediaries selection result. 

Should you decide that you would like to participate in the Financial Instrument due to the above mentioned change, please inform EIF by no later than 30.03.2012; in the event you had decided not to apply earlier, this requires a justification of why the increase of the investment amount to EUR 750k  would have changed your strategy making you submitting the Expression of Interest for the Call for Risk Capital Financial Instruments in the ICT sector (Seed/Technology Transfer ICT Fund(s)). 

The letter shall indicate the reference number of the Call No. JER-001/2011/2. It should be signed by the duly authorized person(s) and sent to the following addresses (both):
