Evaluation of ETCI 1.0 – Final report

The report was developed by an independent party, Roland Berger. It provides an overview of the ETCI deployment up to the end of 2024 and outlines the financing gap for scale-up markets. The mid-term evaluation draws on ~20 interviews with fund managers and Member State representatives, working sessions with EIF front office teams, and an analysis of ETCI deployment and market data.
