EIB Group Whistleblowing Policy

The revised EIB Group Whistleblowing Policy has been published on the EIB Group websites and entered into force on 24 November 2021. This version of the Policy replaces the previous one of 9 December 2019. The revision of the EIB Group Whistleblowing Policy aims to further align the Policy with the Whistleblowing Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law) and to address the requests of external and internal stakeholders.
