The EIF’s Graduate Recruitment and Development (GRAD) programme lets you embark on a journey of discovering your purpose. Working alongside different teams in the organisation, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in the European small business financing landscape.

Our GRAD openings are for junior roles with limited or no prior work experience. It’s for a defined period of 2 years (without a conversion into an indefinite contract) - but still substantial enough to get an insight into our dynamic and multicultural environment, whilst working alongside our more senior expert professionals.

The appointments are mainly at the EIF headquarters in Luxembourg but may, depending on the EIF’s needs, also involve assignments in one of our external offices.

The selection is made based on the candidates' qualifications, interviews, and professional and psychometric assessments. Interested candidates need to apply for specific positions published on the EIB Group recruitment portal. #JointheEIF
