Pascal LAGARDE is Executive Director at Bpifrance, in charge of International Affairs, Strategy, Development and Research. He was appointed to the EIF’s Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in April 2026, following previous mandates on the Board from 2014-2016, 2018-2020 and 2022-2024.
