Anne AF URSIN is Financial Counsellor within the Ministry of Finance, Finland. Appointed to the EIF’s Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in April 2026, she also holds the position of alternate member of the EIB’s Board of Directors and representative of Finland on the EIB’s Investment Facility Committee.
