InvestEU Skills and Education Capped Guarantee product

Helping the ecosystem to adapt to skills and education needs of tomorrow's Europe.

Skills, education and training are drivers of growth, competitiveness and social convergence. Insufficient financial resources are a major barrier to accessing education and training and leads to unequal opportunities for education and access to the labour market.

The InvestEU Skills & Education guarantee aims to support multiple players within the ecosystem to not only level up their resources but also to enable a clean shift towards a climate neutral Europe and digital transformation which requires new digital and “green” skills.
