Research & Market Analysis (RMA) has the pleasure to present "Financing the Mobility of Students in European Higher Education", n.21 of EIF's Working Paper Series. 

This working paper provides an overview of the importance and tendencies of financing higher education and students’ mobility. The study introduces the establishment of a new EU Student Loan Facility for cross-border mobility as a policy measure on EU level and shows its added value in order to contribute to the objective to increase the mobility of higher education students.

The EIF Working Paper Series has been designed to make available to a wider readership selected topics and studies in relation to EIF´s business. The Working Papers are edited by EIF´s RMA. They are typically authored or co-authored by EIF staff and are usually published only electronically.
