General Meeting

The General Meeting's decision-making powers include the approval of EIF's Annual Report, balance sheet and profit and loss account. These approvals are made at the EIF's Annual General Meeting (AGM).The General Meeting is also responsible for appointing the members and alternates of the Board of Directors as well as the members and alternate member of the Audit Board. Furthermore, it has the authority to approve an increase in EIF's authorised capital, as was the case in 2007, 2014 and 2021, and to approve the admission of new shareholders.

The last AGM was held on 24 April 2023. The AGM approved the EIF Annual Report 2022, including the financial statements as at 31 December 2022. The relevant minutes are accessible here.
