Please note that the EIF intends to allocate the funds currently remaining from the above-mentioned Call, in an amount of up to a maximum of EUR 15 million, to a co-investment fundon the terms and conditions of the above mentioned Call. It is also to be noted that the full amount of the funds to be allocated would not be assured, and that a reduction of the amount under management would remain possible until 31/12/2015. In this case, EIF may choose to allocate such additional funding, without publication of further notice, to the candidates selected under the Call and this Information Note.

Should you decide that you would like to apply as a manager of the co-investment fund under the terms of the Call and in the light of this Information Note, please submit your Expression of Interest to EIF by no later than 08/11/2013.

Your Expression of Interest will be examined in line with selection process, and on the basis of the Quality Assessment Criteria, presented under the original Call.

Financial intermediaries that have already applied to the Call are invited to express their interest by integrating and/or, to the extent relevant, amending, their original Expression of Interest. Financial intermediaries that have not applied to the Call are requested to submit a complete Expression of Interest in line with the provisions and requirements of the Call, as integrated, for the avoidance of doubt, by this Information Note.

Your Expression of Interest shall be provided in the form of a duly signed letter by an authorised person(s), indicating the reference number of the Call (No. JER-005/2), to be sent to the following addresses (both):
