European Commission publishes Risk Capital Communication

The Communication from the European Commission to the Council and the European Parliament on the implementation of the Risk Capital Action Plan (RCAP) has been adopted on 4 November 2003.

This Communication reports on progress in the implementation of the RCAP for the year 2002 and, where possible, for the first three quarters of 2003.
