Anti Fraud Policy

This document sets forth the policy of the European Investment Fund (EIF or the Fund) in preventing and deterring corruption, fraud, collusion, coercion (collectively "prohibited practices"), money laundering and the financing of terrorism in EIF activities. It replaces the earlier documents entitled "EIF Procedures in Case of Fraud" of 2002/2004 and the "Rules for Internal Investigation in relation to the Prevention of Fraud, Corruption and any Illegal Activity Detrimental to the Communities' Financial Interest" of July 2006.
