Financial intermediaries interested in applying for an EU Guarantee must be established and operating in one of the following participating countries:

EU Member States    plus

-  Norway

-  Iceland

-  Liechtenstein

-  Croatia

-  FYR Macedonia

-  Montenegro

-  Serbia

-  Turkey
