EIF Chief Executive receives award at ICO Microloans Awards Ceremony

In the presence of Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain, EIF Chief Executive, Mr Francis Carpenter, was granted an award at the ICO's Microloans Awards Ceremony in recognition of EIF support for Spain's Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) micro-credit activity.

ICO's micro-credit scheme has been launched in 2002 and was among the first micro-credit operations guaranteed by EIF.
