EIF Sponsors Lisbon Conference on Innovation

EIF recently agreed to sponsor a seminar organised by the Association of European Science & Technology Transfer Professionals (ASTP) entitled Creating Business out of Science. The seminar was hosted by the Lisbon Science and Technology Park (Taguspark) and focused on the business opportunities that can be created by drawing on a university's science assets such as technologies that can potentially be commercialised and expertise that can be drawn upon through collaboration and joint ventures.

In addition to sponsorship of the event, which took place from 13 to 15 October 2004, a member of EIF's Advisory Services team participated as a speaker.
