Annual General Meeting 2007

On 7 May 2007, EIF held its Annual General Meeting in Leuven, Belgium, bringing together its Board of Directors as well as representatives of its shareholders. Following the Audit Committee's report, the financial statements were approved, including the balance sheet and profit and loss account and the Annual Report for the year 2006.

Delivering speeches at the Annual General Meeting were Philippe Maystadt, Chairman of the EIF Board of Directors, Heinz Zourek, Member of the Board of Directors representing the European Commission, and Peter Scott, representing the financial institutions that are EIF Shareholders.
